
The first screen to appear on the Online
Application System will be the Logon Screen.
It will prompt you for an Account Number and Password. If you do not have an Electrical Safety
Authority (ESA) Account number and password, please contact our Customer
Service Centre at 1-877-ESA-SAFE (372-7233).
To Logon please enter your Account
Number and Password and click the ‘Submit’ button. If a message appears stating
that you cannot logon due to an Account Block, or if a Password Change is
necessary, please contact our Customer Service Centre at 1-877-ESA-SAFE
(372-7233).
When a logon is successful the Main Menu screen will appear with
various options.
