
The Main Menu will appear with various
options depending on the type of work a customer performs.
Submit New
Applications for Inspection: This option will allow a customer to
electronically submit an application for electrical inspection.
Display List of
Submitted Applications: This option will allow a customer to display a
list of all submitted applications within a thirty (30) day period. Applications that have been processed by ESA
will have a number assigned in the Notification column.
Display
Inspection Status of Notifications: This option will allow a customer to view the status of a
specific Notification. Note: The Notification number must be known prior to
using this option.
Create ACP New Residential Applications:
(This option will only appear if a customer is associated to ESA’s Self Serve 1
Program). This option will allow a
customer to create a New Residential Application(s), select the inspector and
supply authority (must be known before creation of an application), submit and
receive notification of the application, and schedule the created application.
Reschedule ACP Notifications: (This
option will only appear if a customer belongs to the Authorized Contractor
Program (ACP) and the work on the application falls under the guidelines of the
ACP Program) This option will allow a customer to submit a request for
inspection of ACP work for the next business day, on an already created
Notification.
Search for a Notification Number: (This option will only
appear if a customer is associated to ESA’s Self Serve 1 Program.) This option will allow the customer to search for a
Notification number by: Street, Lot, Site Name, City/Town, Application Status,
Application Date (range) or any combination of the above items. This option will also allow the customer to
view the status of a single Notification.
Log Off: This will allow an already logged on customer to log off
of ESA’s On Line Application System.
: This button will allow a customer to access
the Help File for ESA’s Online Application System.
