Residential Small Jobs:

Definition: A residential small job as identified under the Authorized Contractor Program (ACP) is a residential electrical installation with the contractor invoice to the customer valued at four hundred dollars ($400.00) or less. For HVAC work, the price of the appliance is not included. The electrical work done must not require a connection authorization to be considered a small job.

 

NOTE: Swimming pools, hot tubs, spas, and fire alarm systems are not included in this program

 

Residential Small jobs are divided into two categories of work:

 

Miscellaneous Equipment

This includes items such as; Heat Exchangers, Air Exchangers, Pumps, Motorized Equipment, Hard-wired kitchen appliances (i.e. dishwashers), Welders, Air Compressors, Hot Water Tanks

 

Please include a description of the piece of equipment in the Additional Fee Description field. The Quantity should be 1.

 

Residential Wiring

This includes any type of residential addition/alteration where the invoice to the customer is less than or equal to four hundred (400.00) dollars.

 

Please include a description of the wiring and location (if possible) in the Additional Fee Description field. The Quantity should be 1.
