o
Out-of-pocket expenses for transportation equipment or services (e.g. rental fees, tickets);
o
A 10% administration charge on all out-of-pocket transportation costs if the customer requests ESA to make travel arrangements; and
o $115 per hour or fraction thereof spent by the Inspector.
Note: Additional Travel fees, if applicable, will be added to the application by ESA at the time of processing.
