Agricultural ACP Service Work:

Agricultural ACP Service Work as identified under the Authorized Contractor Program (ACP) includes Service Upgrades/Alterations up to 400Amp 120/240Volt single phase or 120/208Volt three phase on an Agricultural site (i.e. farming or livestock raising/breeding facility), where a preauthorized connection is required.

 

Agricultural ACP Service Work is divided up into two (2) categories by service amperage:

 

1.                  Service Work 0-225Amps.

2.                  Service Work 226A - 400Amps.

 

Note 1: 100% inspections are done on all Agricultural Service Work

 

Note 2: The Contractor is responsible to contact the supply authority and make arrangements for the Power Outage. The Contractor provides ESA with 24 hours advanced notice of the power outage date. The Contractor is responsible for notifying ESA of any cancellations or postponements.

Please supply the description and specific location (if possible) of work performed in the Additional Fee Description field and the service size in the Amperage field . Quantity should be 1.
