Display List of Submitted Applications

 

When the ‘Display List of Submitted Applications’ button from the Main Menu is clicked, the ‘Search Application’ screen will appear. Applications can be filtered by Site Name, Street, City/Twp, Application Status and Submitted Date(s).


Input the applicable search criteria and click 'Search'.

The 'Print New Applications' screen will appear listing the applications that met the search criteria. Only applications submitted through the Online Application System within a thirty (30) day period will be available.

Clicking the 'Print' button at the top right of the page can print the list.

 

The columns will display:

Notification: This column displays the Notification number, which will appear, once the application has been processed by ESA.  If the application has been submitted but not yet processed this column will remain blank.

 

Created: This column displays the date that the application was submitted on.

 

Confirmed: This column displays the date that the application was processed by ESA on.

 

Status: This column displays the status of a submitted application if it has been Rejected or Cancelled for any reason.

 

Site Name:  This column displays the Name that was input in the Site Information field on creation of the application.

 

Street:  This column displays the municipal street address that was input in the Site Information field on creation of the application.

 

City: This column displays the municipal district that was input in the Site Information field on creation of the application.

 

Lot: This column displays the Site Information that was input in the various fields of Sub Lot/Block/Unit/Floor on creation of the application.

 

Options available:

·        Display Application Details by clicking the Click to display application details button at the end of the appropriate record line.

a.      For an application that has not yet been processed by ESA, the application details can be displayed or changed, or the application can be cancelled.

b.      For an application that has been processed by ESA (i.e. a Notification number has been assigned to the application), the application details can only be displayed.
