An application may be canceled before it has been processed by ESA (i.e. has a notification assigned)

 

Applications can be viewed by selecting ‘Display New Applications’ from the Main Menu. 

 

This screen will display all applications submitted through the Online Application System within a thirty (30) day period. 

 

To cancel an application, click on the  icon at the end of the appropriate record line to bring up the application details.  Options available are to ‘Change’, ‘Cancel App’, or ‘Exit’.  Click on the ‘Cancel App’ button.

 

 

A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation of the cancellation.  Click OK to cancel or Cancel to stop the cancellation and go back to the ‘Display New Applications’ screen.

 

 

If ‘OK’ is selected another pop-up window will appear confirming the canceled application

 

 

Click ‘OK’ to return to the ‘Display New Applications’ screen, which will now display Canceled in the ‘Status’ column of the application.
