
Applications
can be viewed by selecting ‘Display New Applications’ from the Main Menu.
If
there are any applications with the ‘Status’ Canceled
(coloured blue) in the ‘Display New Applications’ screen, it is only possible
to view the information on this application, as it has already been
resubmitted. The resubmitted
application will appear as a new line in the list with the same Site Name and
Address information. E.g. Joe Armstrong
in the list above has 2 entries, the original application with the ‘Status’ of Canceled and the second entry for the newly
resubmitted application.
If there are any applications with the
‘Status’ Canceled (coloured red) in the ‘Display
New Applications’ screen it is possible to resubmit them only once.
To resubmit a cancelled application,
click the
button beside the application with the red Canceled
status.

The application’s information will be
displayed with the Canceled status appearing at
the top right. At the bottom right, a
‘Resubmit’ button will appear. Click the ‘Resubmit’ button and a box will
appear to confirm the Resubmission.

If the ‘Cancel’ button is selected, the
customer will be returned to the application information screen to either exit
the application or click the resubmit button again.
If the ‘OK’ button is selected, the
customer will be returned to the application information screen, with the
option of changing any of the application information. The Resubmit button will then be changed to
the ‘Submit’ button.
If the ‘Submit’ button is selected, a
box will confirm the Resubmission.

If the ‘Cancel’ button is selected, the
customer will be returned to the application information screen to further
adjust the information.
If the ‘OK’ button is selected, a
confirmation window will appear.

The customer will automatically be
returned to the ‘Display New Applications’ screen.
