Resubmitting an Rejected Application

Applications can be viewed by selecting ‘Display New Applications’ from the Main Menu.

Applications with the ‘Status’ Rejected (coloured blue) in the ‘Display New Applications’ screen have previously been modified and resubmitted. It is only possible to display the information that was resubmitted for these records.

Applications with the ‘Status’ Rejected (coloured red) in the ‘Display New Applications’ are available for modification and resubmission.

To resubmit a Rejected application, click the Click to display application details button beside the application with the red Rejected ‘Status’.  The rejected application shown above was rejected due to an incomplete address (E.g. No civic address or no main intersection/directions were provided).

The application information will be displayed with the Rejected ‘Status’ appearing at the top right.  At the bottom right, a ‘Resubmit’ button will appear. Select the ‘Resubmit’ button and a box will appear to confirm the resubmission.

If ‘Cancel’ is selected, the customer will be returned to the application information screen to either exit the application or click the ‘Resubmit’ button again.

If the ‘OK’ button is selected, the customer will be returned to the application information screen, with the option of changing any of the application information.  The ‘Resubmit’ button will then be changed to the ‘Submit’ button.

In this example, the civic address was entered and the application resubmitted.

If the ‘Submit’ button is selected, a box will confirm the resubmission.

If the ‘Cancel’ button is selected, the customer will be returned to the application information screen to further adjust the information.

If the ‘OK’ button is selected, a confirmation window will appear.

The customer will automatically be returned to the ‘Display New Applications’ screen.

The original application will be shown as Rejected (coloured blue) with the resubmitted application appearing as a new line.
